Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Caught Watches! Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48-72 hours (2-3 business days) after payment confirmation. This processing time is in addition to any quoted shipping timeframes. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Carrier
We currently ship all orders via UPS, Hong Kong Post, Fedex, etc. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong. Whether you're ordering locally or internationally, we aim to deliver your order promptly and safely.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For all international destinations, duties, VAT, and import taxes may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are unable to refund or replace orders that are abandoned due to unpaid duties or taxes.
Delivery Delays & Holiday Volume
Please note: We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the couriers, especially during peak holiday seasons, weather disruptions, or any unforeseeable situations. All shipping timeframes provided are estimates, not guarantees.
Delivered But Not Received
If your package is marked as “Delivered” by the courier but you did not receive it, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery location. If you’re concerned, we recommend shipping to a location where someone is available to receive it.
Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by customer-provided address errors.
