- We operate globally and ship worldwide to all major destinations.
- We currently use UPS as our courier and the delivery is expect to arrive in 4-7 business days.
- We accept all digital payments methods including American Express, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.
- Currently, to provide a smoother experience, we offer pre-paid duties and taxes at checkout for selected destinations in Southeast Asia, including:
- Malaysia
- Thailand
- Indonesia
- Philippines
For customers in these regions, applicable import fees are calculated and collected during checkout, ensuring a hassle-free delivery experience with no additional charges upon arrival!
For all other international destinations, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are actively working to expand our pre-paid duties and taxes service to more regions. We truly appreciate your understanding as we continue to build the infrastructure needed to support this globally.
We are unable to refund or replace orders that are abandoned due to unpaid duties or taxes.

-You should receive an order confirmation email immediately after you have made a purchase of Caught Watches product(s). If you are not able to find the confirmation in your mailbox, kindly check among the spam email folder, as order confirmation emails may sometimes fall under that category. Returns

2. After 30 days: You’re still welcome to return your item, but return shipping costs will apply.

-All returned items are subject to quality inspection upon delivery and once approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that depending on your band or credit card provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@caughtwatches.com and our team will be there to assist you!
-If for any reason you are not happy with your Caught Watches purchase, please contact us via info@caughtwatches.com and let us know within 30 days with your receipt or proof or purchase. We will provide you with prepaid UPS return shipping labels, and UPS will then collect from your chosen address, or you can drop the package at your nearest UPS Access Point. We kindly ask for that you to return the item in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its free return tag unremoved, and in its original packaging. Warranty
-Each watch included one year warranty from the date you receive your watch. The warranty covers the watch movement against manufacturers’ defects for one year from the date of purchase.Within that period your watch will be repaired free of charge (except for a $xx shipping & handling fee) if any issue with the movement occurs.
-Please note that the warranty does not cover the case, glass or bracelet/strap.
We cannot accept any liability for damage or loss caused in transit. Please note that damage caused through accident, misuse, neglect, inexpert repairs, normal wear and tear or theft is not covered.
-The battery life of CAUGHT watches typically lasts between 1-2 years, depending on usage and environmental factors. If you notice the battery running low, feel free to reach out to our customer service—we’d be happy to assist with a replacement.
-An automatic watch typically runs for 24 to 48 hours when fully wound but not worn, depending on the movement's power reserve. If unworn for longer periods, it will stop. To keep it running, you can manually wind it every 1-2 days or store it in a watch winder.
